Albert Postma is Professor of Scenario Planning at the European Tourism Futures Institute. As Professor of Scenario Planning, he is responsible for the research programme and the learning line of futures studies and scenario planning in the curricula of the undergraduate programmes of Leisure Management and International Tourism Management.

Stefan Hartman is Programme Director of the European Tourism Futures Institute (ETFI). He obtained his PhD form the University of Groningen, studying the role of urban and regional planning in tourism destination development. Currently Stefan is involved in various project om tourism destination development, strategic planning and governance – all trying to enhance the adaptive capacity and contributing to the resilience of the industry. He also teaches the course Policy & Planning in the Master International Leisure & Tourism Studies at Stenden University, the Netherlands.
