MAJ is now an Impact Factor journal and accepted into SSCI

Thanks to our authors and all the work of the Editorial Team, Managerial Auditing Journal, now on its 32nd volume, has been accepted into SSCI (the Social Science Citation Index) in 2017 for its contribution to the examination of current research and practice in auditing and assurance. An Impact Factor will be available in 2018. 

The latest Scopus CiteScore was released in May 2017 and MAJ’s CiteScore is 1.31. The journal’s CiteScore metrics made a great leap from 0.80 in 2014 to 1.31 in 2015, an increase of 64%. This places MAJ at 18/183 and in Quartile 1 in 2017 in the primary field of Generald Business, Management and Accounting. The metrics can be viewed .
