The International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management aims to address new developments in productivity science, performance measurement and management and to improve individual, group and organizational performance.

The journal’s distinctiveness flows from: (a) its substantial longevity with over sixty volumes published, (b) its growth from its roots in industrial engineering and operations to encompass many other perspectives and (c) its commitment that the practitioner voice be encouraged through reflective practice articles.
