Aims and Scope

Indian Growth and Development Review (IGDR) publishes high quality peer-reviewed articles on economic growth and development with an emphasis on emerging and developing economies.

IGDR’s composition offers subscribers a holistic view of growth and development issues. Alongside academic research papers, the journal also provides a forum for debate on national level policy issues either in India or surrounding countries, as well as an economics education section. IGDR develops discourse between academics, policy-makers and education providers to impact directly on policy-making and higher education provision in India.

IGDR's SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) is 0.163 and its Source Normalized Impact per Paper (SNIP) is 0.189 (source: Scopus, 2015).
